AI Qadam — editorial content licensing

This is the canonical AI Qadam content-licensing page. The editorial
content authored across AI Qadam repositories — the prose, copy,
examples, explanations, governance documents, and manifesto excerpts
visible in the *.html and *.md files — is licensed under the Creative
Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

You are free to:
  - Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format
  - Adapt — remix, transform, and build upon the material
  for any purpose, even commercially.

Under the following terms:
  - Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to
    the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in
    any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests AI Qadam
    endorses you or your use.

This license does NOT cover:
  - The AI Qadam name, marks, wordmark, four-dot motif, brand teal, or
    any derivative of the brand identity. See the Brand Usage Policy
    (https://brand.aiqadam.org/brand-use.html).
  - Source code (CSS, HTML markup, JavaScript, scripts) in any AI
    Qadam repository. See each repo's LICENSE file (MIT).
  - Photography and any third-party assets, which retain their
    original copyright.

Each AI Qadam repository that ships substantive editorial content
carries its own short `LICENSE-content` file declaring CC BY 4.0 and
pointing back here for the canonical terms — single source of truth,
no drift across repos.
